Job summary

VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care in patients' homes and facilities in Lee, Itawamba, Monroe, and Chickasaw counties, MS. You will lead care plans, manage symptoms, and advocate for patients and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license or compact eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Basic EMR proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead plan of care and symptom management for hospice patients.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.
• Educate and support patients and families during the journey.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care planning.
