Job summary

Resource 1 Staffing in Franklin, NH is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate home hospice care. The role involves direct patient care, case management, and developing plans of care in coordination with the physician and multidisciplinary team.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call. Requirements include NH RN license, ADN, hospice experience preferred, strong documentation, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Hospice experience preferred and required by some cases.
• 1 year in med/surg, ER, or home health if no Hospice experience.
• NH RN license; Compact state license accepted.
• Minimum ADN preparation.
• NH Driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Flexible and family oriented; comfortable with death.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care and case management in home setting.
• Develop and implement plan of care with physician orders.
• Communicate with multidisciplinary team and support services.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and reimbursable documentation.
• Coordinate admissions and ongoing care evaluations.
