Gentiva seeks an experienced RN Director of Nursing for its SouthernCare hospice location in Enterprise, Alabama. The role leads clinical operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality patient care.

The Executive Director RN II provides strategic leadership, oversees interdisciplinary teams, and drives performance, safety, and patient satisfaction in a mid-sized hospice program.

Qualifikationen

• RN with state license required.
• BSN preferred; MSN/business degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management/supervisory experience; hospice/home care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership for a mid-sized hospice program with focus on clinical quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.
• Ensure regulatory standards and compliance across all operations.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and market opportunities for the location.
• Develop staff through orientation, training and ongoing education.
