The role emphasizes strategic leadership, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and strong collaboration with the Governing Body and referral partners to meet organizational goals.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with an active license.
• Two or more years of management/supervisory experience.
• Hospice/home care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead a mid-sized hospice program, accountable for quality and census growth.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting/licensing and regulatory standards.
• Oversee interdisciplinary teams, HR, and office operations.
• Manage finances, monthly bills, and budgets; resource planning and cost control.
• Collaborate with Administrator and Governing Body to set goals and standards.
• Promote safety and quality, and implement continuous improvement.
