Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey for PRN 1–2 shifts per week, including every other weekend. The role covers Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean counties with pay of $45.00–$50.00 per hour based on experience.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate end-of-life care and support to patients and families. The ideal candidate holds an RN license in the state, has at least one year of nursing experience, and possesses reliable

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
At least one year of nursing experience.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual to guide care decisions.
Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed.
Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
