Job summary

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to coordinate, supervise, and implement professional hospice services. You will oversee the care team, provide education on clinical practice and regulatory updates, and help orient new staff to ensure the highest quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent preferred.
• Current state RN license.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in clinical care (home health or hospice preferred).
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and implement professional and supportive hospice services.
• Oversee care team and ensure high quality patient care.
• Provide education and training on clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement changes.
• Orient new employees and support ongoing staff development.
