Pathways Hospice is seeking aClinical Supervisor RN to plan, coordinate, and deliver quality hospice care in the main branch (77081). The role ensures compliance with federal/state standards and clinical best practices.

You will supervise care teams, manage case reviews, and mentor staff while maintaining high patient-outcome quality and accurate documentation. Strong nursing leadership in hospice and Texas RN licensure are required. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• RN with Hospice Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and teaching abilities are required.
• Proficient in documentation and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités
