All Saints Hospice in Lake Charles, LA is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee hospice staff, coordinate services, and guide clinical decisions to ensure high-quality patient care.

This leadership role requires strong communication and team collaboration, with responsibilities spanning referrals, care planning, staff mentorship, audits, policy guidance, and community outreach to promote excellence and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of operation.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of management or supervisory experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured automobile.
• Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong observation, nursing judgment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review new patient referrals and assign staff.
• Guide clinical staff through home visits, case reviews, and real-time consultations.
• Develop patient care plans and set treatment goals.
• Lead team case conferences for coordinated care.
• Conduct regular chart audits and provide quality feedback.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training of clinical staff.
• Support staff development and continuing education programs.
• Assist in policy development and uphold professional care standards.
• Engage in community outreach and promote hospice services.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
