Job summary

Bristol Hospice, LLC is seeking a Hospice Clinical Supervisor in Riverside, CA. You will oversee clinical teams and ensure compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care for patients and families in a full-time capacity.

We require an experienced RN with at least two years of supervisory work in hospice or home care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to dignity at the end of life. California RN license, CPR, and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in California.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience in hospice/home care.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Receive case referrals and determine hospice/home care needs.
• Assign appropriate hospice personnel to referrals.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and Attending Physician on eligibility for services.
• Review cases through home visits, conferences, and chart reviews.
• Guide clinicians to improve performance and delivery of care.
• Support clinicians during operating hours and assist as needed.
• Participate in QAPI activities and quality improvement teams.
• Assist in recruiting, orientation, and training of new staff.
• Help develop and update organization policies and goals.
