Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Missouri seeks an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to coordinate and deliver hospice care in the Nixa area. You will lead interdisciplinary teams and ensure the Plan of Care is followed with dignity and compassion.

Responsibilities include case reviews, ongoing staff development, on-call duties, and maintaining compliant clinical records while advancing quality hospice services.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Associate degree required.
• Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report, and drug test.
• If Driving: Valid State Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient care and services.
• Lead care teams and participate in case conferences.
• Review cases via home visits and records to ensure quality hospice care.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with laws and policies.
• Assist in orientation and development of staff.
