Job summary

Altus Hospice seeks a self-motivated Hospice RN Clinical Liaison to engage hospital and medical facility networks, educate families about hospice services, and drive referrals in the San Antonio area.

This full-time role requires nursing expertise, outbound outreach, and relationship-building with referral sources. Schedule Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm, with a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• One to two years’ experience in hospice/palliative marketing preferred.
• Skilled at establishing/maintaining relationships with key staff and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Determines primary decision makers and proactively builds relationships with medical community and partners.
• Promotes hospice services through regular visits to illustrate quality of care.
• Works to build brand and exceed census growth goals.
• Makes regular calls to secure new referrals and meet goals with physicians, facilities, and social workers.
• Assists in determining patient eligibility based on hospice knowledge.
