Altus Hospice is seeking a self-motivated Hospice RN Clinical Liaison to join our team in San Antonio. This role focuses on hospital and medical facility outreach to identify and nurture referral sources, increasing census and preference for hospice services.
With clinical knowledge and empathetic communication, you will educate referral sources, families, and prospective patients about hospice care while delivering exceptional patient and customer service.
Altus Hospice is looking for a self motivated and passionate Hospice RN Clinical Liaison to join our Team. The RN Clinical Liaison is primarily responsible for hospital and medical facility-based outreach to identify new referral sources and maintain ongoing relationships that will increase census and preference for hospice services. Registered Nurse Liaisons use their clinical knowledge, empathetic communication skills, and marketing abilities to initiate one-on-one dialogue with referral sources, families, and prospective patients to help explain and educate on hospice services. Our RN Clinical Liaisons are hospice experts and serve as a resource to their referral sources to ensure extraordinary patient and customer service.

$95,000 - $105,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
