Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Hospice RN Clinical Manager in Michigan to lead our hospice program with a focus on compassionate, high‑quality care. You will mentor nursing staff, collaborate across disciplines, and build strong relationships with families to ensure a seamless transition to hospice.

Ideal candidates will have an active Michigan RN license, CPR and TB certifications, hospice experience preferred, and prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN license in Michigan is required.
• CPR and TB test certifications are required.
• Hospice care experience is preferred and prior management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospice program with a vision for high-quality, compassionate care.
• Mentor and support nursing staff to foster professional growth.

Requirements

Qualifications:
