Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a visionary RN Hospice Director to helm the Hospice Division, guiding clinical strategy and operations in a fast-growing network. You will lead multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams, driving growth while upholding patient-centered, end-of-life care with compassion and accountability.

As a leader, you will mentor senior staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare's mission and vision across communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years hospice experience.
• Experience overseeing or managing multiple offices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
