Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking an RN Hospice Administrator to lead our Hospice Division with clinical, operational, and strategic oversight. You will guide multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams, driving growth while upholding patient-centered, end-of-life care with accountability and compassion.

You are an experienced hospice leader who builds trust, navigates growth, and aligns operations with AdvisaCare’s mission and vision. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience.
• Experience overseeing or managing multiple offices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
