Care Initiatives Hospice is seeking a Clinical Manager - RN to lead compassionate end-of-life care across home, facility, and hospital settings in Iowa. You will oversee clinical operations, ensure comfort and quality, and work closely with families and care teams.

The role demands an active RN license, CPR certification, hospice experience, and leadership background. CHPN is preferred or can be pursued within 24 months. Competitive benefits and paid time off accompany this important position.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state(s) where you operate.
• Active CPR certification.
• Hospice or palliative care experience.
• At least one year in a leadership or charge nurse role or equivalent.
• Two years of recent clinical experience in hospice, oncology, home health, or public health nursing; hospice experience preferred.
• Home internet access.
• CHPN preferred or obtainable within 24 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Meet patients and families in comfortable settings (home, long-term care, assisted living, or hospital).

What it takes to be a Clinical Manager with Care Initiatives Hospice:

• Active RN license (or ability to activate) in the state(s) in which you operate.
• Active CPR certification.
• Hospice or palliative care experience.
• At least one year in a leadership or charge nurse position or relative experience.
