Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered home-based hospice care. You will partner with the care team to coordinate services, educate families, and ensure comfort, peace, and dignity at end of life.

Qualifications

• RN license in state where you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
