Compassus in the United States is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home-based settings. You will coordinate with the care team, support families, and enable patients to spend meaningful time with loved ones while maintaining dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver's license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
