Compassus in Memphis, TN is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate in-home hospice care. You will partner with patients and families to manage symptoms, preserve dignity, and coordinate care across the care team.

Requirements include a valid RN license in the state, two years of RN experience (hospice experience preferred), a current driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.
