Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in a home-based setting. You will build trusting relationships, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort, peace, and dignity for patients at end of life.

The role requires an active RN license, at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
