Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Manheim Township, PA to enable patients to spend meaningful time with loved ones and activities they enjoy. You will build trusted relationships with patients and families, empowering caregivers with essential care education and collaborating with the care team to deliver comfort and dignity at home.

The role requires an active RN license in PA, at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver's

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license required
• CPR and BCLS certification current
