Job summary

Compassus in Allentown is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care at home. You will collaborate with the care team to manage symptoms, educate caregivers, and ensure comfort and dignity for patients and their loved ones.

The role requires an active RN license in your state, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS.

Qualifications

• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• CPR and BCLS certification
