Job summary

Compassus in Indiana is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to coordinate end-of-life care, support patients and families, and ensure comfort and dignity in home or facility settings. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, educate caregivers, and advocate for high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
Current CPR and BCLS certification.
Active RN license in Indiana.
