Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state you work in.
• CPR certification and ability to provide compassionate care.
• Excellent observational and communication abilities with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on medical history.
• Deliver one-on-one support to patients and families with dignity and comfort.
• Assess physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout care.
• Monitor vital signs and document changes accurately.
• Administer physician-ordered medications and treatments with empathy.
• Educate families on care techniques and symptom management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
