Job summary

Remarkable Hospice in Dallas, TX is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to administer hospice care across client homes and facilities. You will assess patients, develop plans of care with physicians, educate families, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous comfort and symptom control.

The role requires a valid RN license, CPR certification, and ability to travel locally; hospice experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Two (2) years of RN experience in a clinical setting; hospice preferred.
• Current valid State RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance; no OIG Excluded Provider listing.

Responsibilities

• Administers hospice care to clients in homes or facilities.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement the Plan of Care.
• Performs nursing assessments and documents patient status; educates families.
• Participates in on-call rotation and coordinates care with physicians and agencies.
