Job summary
Hospice of the West is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to join our compassionate nursing team in Tucson. You will deliver hands-on hospice care, coordinate services, and guide patients and families through every step of their journey.
The role emphasizes clinical excellence, patient dignity, and strong collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Eligible candidates have an active RN license, at least 1 year in med-surg/acute care, and proficiency with EMR.
Qualifications
- Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a plus!
- Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR.
- Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required by state.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.
