Job summary

Crescent Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to join our compassionate nursing team providing exceptional end‑of‑life care across Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens counties. You will coordinate services, guide patients and families, and deliver hands-on hospice nursing care with a patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a plus!
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR.
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required by state.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.
