Qualifications

• Provide nursing care to hospice patients in coordination with the IDG.
• Perform patient admissions, physical assessments, and symptom management as directed by physicians or hospice medical director.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families within the hospice program.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals and quality of care.
