Job summary
Qualifications
- Current RN license.
- Minimum 1 year in medical-surgical/acute care; hospice experience a plus.
- Proficient computer skills with EMR.
- CPR certification if required by state.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on hospice nursing care and coordinate services.
- Collaborate with Clinical Director to assess client eligibility for services.
- Educate and advocate for patients and families in care planning.
- Deliver care rooted in compassion and clinical excellence.
- Participate in call duties as part of the team.
