AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for the North Houston area. This full-time position offers a chance to work within an interdisciplinary care team to deliver compassionate hospice services to patients and families.

The RN will provide individualized care, develop and implement care plans, and participate in on-call rotations, while upholding the highest standards of comfort and dignity for patients at the end of life.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
