AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in the Dallas area to provide compassionate end‑of‑life care. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to plan and implement individualized care plans that enhance comfort and dignity for patients and families.

The role emphasizes autonomy within a mission‑driven organization, ongoing learning, and on‑call/admission rotations as needed. Full‑time M-F schedule and on‑site duties in East/Southeast Dallas area are expected.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
