AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for the La Marque, TX area. This full-time role involves providing comfort-focused nursing care, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and supporting patients and families across life’s most delicate moments.

You’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, educate caregivers, and participate in on-call rotations while maintaining professional development and adherence to quality care standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed.
