AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join an interdisciplinary care team serving North Houston communities.

This full-time role provides autonomy to practice at the top of your license within a mission-driven organization. You will deliver individualized nursing care focused on comfort and quality of life, coordinate with families and physicians, participate in ongoing education, and support patients through life’s delicate moments.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
