Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Willis, TX to provide compassionate nursing care focused on comfort and quality of life for hospice patients. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop and execute personalized care plans.

The role supports ongoing learning and requires on‑call/admission rotations as needed. The position is full-time, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
