Luminos Hospice is seeking an experienced RN to handle case management and admissions in the Claremore market. You will coordinate comprehensive patient care and support families through the hospice journey, working closely with the clinical team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Applicants should have an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical RN experience, with hospice background preferred. This role offers full-time hours and a competitive benefits package.
