Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process

• Develop and revise patient care plans with family involvement
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Communicate with physicians and care team
• Participate in on-call rotations and admits as needed
• Supervise LVN/CNA care plans when required
