Qualifications

• Active State RN license required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Hospice RN experience (2 years) in clinical, home health, or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate clinical departments and sites, ensuring continuity, quality, and safety per regulations.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure adherence to the Plan of Care and timely reassessment of patient needs.
• Provide coaching, development, and annual evaluations of team members; ensure timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and personnel policies.
