Qualifications

• RN licensure in Virginia or a Compact state.
• CPR-BLS required for Healthcare Providers.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Driver's license required to operate Augusta Health vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications with 5 Rights and reconciles changes with the physician.
• Develops, documents, and revises the plan of care with the IDT.
• Educates patients and families on disease, end‑of‑life care, and self‑care.
• Assesses patient needs, coordinates services, and ensures timely documentation.
• Leads and mentors nursing staff; ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
