AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join an interdisciplinary care team in the Quincy area, delivering compassionate nursing care to patients and families at life’s most delicate moments.

You’ll work at the top of your license with the support of a mission-driven organization, coordinating care, performing comprehensive assessments, and educating patients and caregivers; schedule is Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts, with pay $100,000–$107,000 depending on experience and a robust

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
