AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana to provide compassionate nursing care focused on comfort and quality of life for hospice patients and families.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous, dignified care. The role requires an active RN license in the state and at least 1 year of nursing experience, with a strong emphasis on patient education and family support.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Pay: $85000 - $95000 / yearly , based on experience

Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development

Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance
