AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in the Quincy, MA area to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care. You will work within an interdisciplinary team and deliver care at the top of your license, Monday through Friday with typical 8‑hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately reflecting patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
