Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts to join an interdisciplinary team. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across defined service areas including Quincy, Dorchester, Hingham, Weymouth, Braintree and surrounding regions.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with autonomy to practice at the top of your license and full support from a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately.
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
