AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, comprehensive care in the Waco area. The role supports patients and families within an interdisciplinary team, delivering comfort and dignity at life’s most delicate moments.

Responsibilities include care planning, comprehensive assessments, patient education, and coordinating services across disciplines. Requires an active RN license and at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in the practicing state.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance where required.

• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
