Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary care team in the Mid Pinellas area. You’ll provide compassionate nursing care, partner with patients, families, and physicians, and practice at the top of your license with strong organizational support.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social and spiritual—to guide care decisions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
