Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Spring Hill, FL to join our interdisciplinary care team. You will provide compassionate nursing care focused on comfort and quality of life, and work within a mission-driven organization.

The role offers full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and a posted salary range of $75,000 to $83,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
