AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Broward County, Florida. This role focuses on comforting hospice patients and supporting families, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm and mileage reimbursement based on experience.

You will be at the center of an interdisciplinary team, delivering care at the top of your license while receiving competitive pay ($78,000-$83,000) and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

  • FL RN license required.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in hospital, home health or hospice.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized nursing care to maximize comfort and quality of life.
  • Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the care team to implement care plans.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care decisions.
  • Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
  • Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
  • Document care clearly and accurately reflecting patient needs and progress.
  • Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
