Job summary

Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking an experienced Hospice RN for after-hours, home-based on-call coverage. This role allows working from home between patient-care needs while staying available for hands-on visits as required within the service area.

At Mountain Valley Hospice, our after-hours nurses provide compassionate care and reassurance to patients and families when they need it most. Unlike traditional night shift positions, our after-hours RNs are primarily on-call from home, responding to patient needs and making visits when necessary.

You'll have the independence to work from home between patient care needs while remaining available to provide hands-on nursing care throughout your assigned service area.

• Monday-Thursday: 5 PM-8 AM
