Gentiva Hospice is seeking an experienced RN Executive Director to lead a hospice location with developing census. The role oversees daily operations, clinical quality, and interdisciplinary teams while upholding the mission, vision, and values.

You will drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster partnerships with the Governing Body, referral sources, and the community. The ideal candidate is an RN with 1+ year of management experience and a proven track record in patient-centered

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of hospice/home care experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for hospice program with growth opportunities.
• Ensure clinical quality, regulatory compliance and patient-centered care.
• Oversee interdisciplinary teams, budgets and community partnerships.
