Care Initiatives Hospice is seeking a compassionate RN to join our team as a Hospice Nurse—RN with a 7D on/7D off schedule. You will provide comprehensive end-of-life nursing care, meeting patients where they are—at home, in long-term care, or in hospitals—while supporting families and caregivers with education and empathy.

Responsibilities include remote and onsite visits during nights, weekends, and on-call hours, ensuring comfort during pain, breathlessness, dying, and bereavement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• Proven ability to support patients and families with empathy and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive hospice nursing care to patients at home, in long-term care, or hospital settings.
• Respond to emergent needs during evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Educate and support caregivers to ensure comfort and dignity at end of life.
