Job summary

The Care Team Hospice in Cleveland-area seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 7 On / 7 Off schedule. This role offers seven consecutive days on followed by seven days off, with evening, night, and weekend coverage.

The RN will deliver hospice care, manage symptoms, provide crisis support, and support families, while exercising autonomy to make clinical decisions within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide symptom management and crisis support.
• Complete visits as needed.
• Respond to changing patient needs during evenings, nights and weekends.
• Support families to feel confident and supported during difficult moments.
